25mm Trunnion Pin Upgrade Kit

The kit that fixes the main failure point of stock sized Toyota trunnions, and Trunnion eliminators; The stock 19mm diameter leaves the pins prone to shearing under high loads and heavy impacts, leading to catastrophic failures.

This kit upgrades the diameter inside the arms and caps to 25mm, as well as the ID of the bearing, upgrading you to stronger HI-Cap Koyo Trunnion bearing.

Use of this kit requires pressing the existing pin out of your high steer arms, and boring/drilling to 1.00"

Not compatible with All-Pro 1-piece style hy-steer arms

Kit includes:

-25mm Trunnion bearings, Koyo brand, quantity 4

-25mm Trunnion pins, turned from Chrome-moly steel, for steering arms, press into 1.00" diameter bore in the Steering arms, quantity 2  

-Bottom trunnion caps, with pin, 25mm, NOW USING socket head bolts for a flush finish! Quantity 2

-12mm socket head bolts for the Bottom Caps, Quantity 8
