Trail-Gear Rock Assault High Flow Hydraulic Reservoir & Filter Kit
Our original Rock Assault Hydraulic Reservoir and Filter Kit set a new standard for full hydraulic system reservoirs when we first introduced it. However, the fixed port locations on the ends, limited mounting options, and limited fitting sizes have not kept up with the needs of modern rock crawling & desert racing. We have addressed those concerns with our new Rock Assault High Flow Hydraulic Reservoir & Filter Kit.
Our new Rock Assault High Flow Hydraulic Reservoir & Filter Kit retains the all the features you loved from the original version: large spin-on filter, quick-drain plug with magnet, reservoir cap with magnet, internal baffle, tapped mounting holes on the sides of the base, and high-quality O-rings. We increased the port size to -12 SAE, allowing more flow and the flexibility of using up to #12 JIC fitting sizes. We also added additional suction & discharge ports to each side of the base for flexibility in installing your hoses. ¼” thru holes have been added to the base to allow additional mounting options. ¼” & 5/16” mounting hardware is included. This reservoir will easily handle the needs of modern rock crawling & desert racing trucks and is ideal for buggies with rear-steer axles.
Choose the #6/#10 Fittings option for compatibility with all existing Trail-Gear Full Hydro steering kits.
Select the #8/#12 Fittings option for high-flow racing applications.
