Differentials are built to order. Typical Lead time is 2-3 weeks.

These differentials are built with high quality Revolution Gears and our own Yotamasters master install kits featuring Koyo and Timken bearings, along with solid pinion spacers and Yukon triple drilled pinion flanges. The cases are brand new Yukon Differential housings that are beefier than factory Toyota cases. We use Genuine Toyota ring gear bolts and lock tabs (when applicable, some lockers do not allow for the use of lock tabs*) or Yotamasters exclusive ARP ring gear bolts with safety wire.  The use of the factory lock tabs or ARP ring gear bolts with safety wire eliminates the possibility of a ring gear bolt backing out.

* All open differentials will include good inspected used carriers and spider gears.

*ARB & Yukon Zip Lockers do not allow for the use of factory ring gear bolt lock tabs. We use ARP ring gear bolts with safety wire for these applications by default. All Genuine Toyota ring gear bolts for 8" differential applications are torqued to 71ft lbs along with red thread lock. ARP ring gear bolts are torqued to 80ft lbs along with red thread lock and are safety wired to eliminate the possibility of them coming loose and backing out.

I installed it with no issues. This is an import and comes with 4.88 gears from the factory. It has the 2LT Turbo Diesel engine 2.4L 4-cylinder. Over time, I realized that this vehicle actually came with gear setups made for 6-cylinder models, not 4-cylinder as I originally thought. That made it harder to assemble myself, which is why I ended up buying the third member already assembled by YotaMaster. The difference between 4 and 6-cylinder 4.88 gearing is in the thickness of the ring gear:
The 4-cylinder 4.88 gears are thicker to compensate for the higher pinion placement in the shorter 4-cylinder carrier — often called "thick cut" gears.
The 6-cylinder 4.88 gears are standard thickness and fit in a different, taller carrier. I’ll probably end up buying the 6-cylinder style axle gearing to assemble it into the original housing later on.
